“ Mer-Ben is our usual bulalo go to in Tagaytay. This is a different branch from the one we usually go to but the view here is beautiful. We went with set 3 which consisted of: garlic fried rice, 2 orders of their bulalo, tawilis, sisig, iced tea and Kangkong. The bulalo didn't disappoint. It was placed in a aluminum container with a small heater on the bottom. This helped with keeping the soup still hot which we definitely appreciated since it was cold outside. They gave so much rice! The set was good for 5 people but i think this could definitely feed 6. The sisig was pretty standard while the tawilis was really crunchy and you could eat everything. The Kangkong was a nice addition to the pretty fatty meal overall. We learned that the kubo's used came from the original site in Tagaytay. We have fond memories with the OG site but I find the view here much more picturesque. ”

“ Bulalo is one of the best in Tagaytay area. Flavorful broth & tender beef. Tapsi overload was a good deal- soft tapa, sweet longganisa, crispy fried chicken, tons of garlic rice + 2 eggs! Porkchop was a bit on hard side, we struggled to slice it. Flavor was good but could use a bit more defrosting, you’d really think it was frozen before cooking. Still a good experience, the hut was cool & breezy with a nice view. Will come back but won’t order Porkchop ”

“ Their bulalo is amazing — super tender meat and packed with veggies! The fried boneless bangus is huge, no bones at all, and the belly (my favorite part) is so flavorful. The mango shake is made from real mangoes, not powdered or artificial. Plus, the view of Taal from their place is absolutely stunning. Highly recommended! ”
